Bobbie Joe Miller

Bobbie Joe Miller, 80, of Hearne, passed away Friday evening, June 5, 2015, at his home. He was born Monday, August 13, 1934 in Lampasas, Texas to William Carl Miller and Thelma Word Miller. He graduated from Lampasas High School and attended Tarleton State University in Stephenville. He served our country in the National Guard. Bob married Shirley
Cummins Miller on August 20, 1954 and they moved to Hearne in 1966. He was a Special Agent with Southern Pacific Railroad and Union Pacific Railroad. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Franklin. He was also a member of the Robertson County Fair Association, started the Sheep Committee and became Superintendent of the Sheep Committee.

Margaret M. Stott, 56, of Bryan, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, June 4, 2015. A time for family to receive friends will be from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Hillier Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at Life Church, 725 Villa Maria East, Suite 3900 in Bryan with Pastor Paul Fowler officiating. Following a reception and fellowship celebration at Life Church, interment will follow at 3pm at Wheelock Cemetery.

Tommy Williams

Tommy Williams born in Hearne, Texas, August 2, 1950 and resided in Willis, Texas most of his adult life, left us May 17, 2015 to reside at the foot of our Lord Jesus Christ. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alma and his father, Harris, two sisters, Wynema and Ruth Pearl and sister-in-law Norma. Tommy is survived by his daughters, Kimberly and Tanya, long time soul-mate, Ann Williamson and her daughters, Katie and Barbara, brothers, Harris and Jerold and wife Glenda, with numerous nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Tommy proudly served in the United States Army Signal Corps in Vietnam in 1968-1969. He was employed for many years with General Telephone as district supervisor in the Willis area before starting his own business installing communications systems. He loved his family and fought a long battle of illness,

Virginia Ruth Edwards Keilstrup

Virginia Ruth Edwards Keilstrup, 92, passed away on May 23, 2015 in Houston, Texas. She was a driving force in our family and a role model for many. We will miss her greatly. Born November 16, 1922 in De Witt, Nebraska to Myrtle Mae Fort Edwards and John S. Edwards, Virginia grew up in De Witt and Barneston, Nebraska, graduating in 1940 from Ainsworth, Nebraska High School. She lived and worked in several cities in Nebraska, Dallas and Houston, Texas, and Louisville, Kentucky. Virginia was the Nebraska State Typing Champion in 1940 and during WWII at the age of 19 she went to Washington D.C. and worked in the Office of Price Administration. During her four year tenure, she typed letters and executive orders that were signed by President Roosevelt. After WWII, Virginia returned to Nebraska, where
